Empire Welding partnered with Valmec and Steel Diamond to deliver the installation of two spherical tees for future hot tapping works at ATCO’s Summers Street project.
The works required qualification of personnel to AS 3992 criteria and involved installation and welding of spherical tees to a live high-pressure natural gas pipeline. Our team worked closely with ATCO representatives and Weldnet inspectors to ensure strict compliance with safety and quality standards.
The scope was delivered on schedule with zero injuries or incidents.
