Empire Welding delivered fabrication and installation works for the Subiaco Wastewater Treatment Plant irrigation water upgrade.
The scope included detailed site measurement of DN400, DN300, DN200 and DN100 pipework in both carbon steel and MSCL systems. Existing lines were refabricated in seamless 316 stainless steel, followed by pickling, passivation and full installation.
The project was delivered on time and within budget, supported by a comprehensive Manufacturing Data Report (MDR) to ensure full traceability and compliance.
